What the demo is
The receptionist demo is a demonstration. It lets you hear, for about ninety seconds, how an AI receptionist could answer the phone for your business, using what you told us and what your website says. It is not the product itself, and it is not connected to your phone line.
The demo is offered to businesses in Ottawa, Gatineau and the surrounding area. We may limit how many demos run at once or in a day, and we may decline or end a demo at any time.
One demo per business
Each email address can start one demo per day. If you need to run it again, write to us.
Nothing the demo says is binding
During the demo the receptionist speaks as if it worked for your business. It does not. Nothing it says about services, hours, prices or bookings is an offer, a quote or a commitment by your business or by S-Web. It answers from what it was given, and where it was given nothing it says so rather than guess, but it can still make mistakes.
If you booked a meeting with our team during the demo, that meeting is real and we will confirm it by email. Any appointment the receptionist appeared to take for your own business during the demo is not.
Using your own business
Run the demo for a business you own or are authorised to represent. Do not give us somebody else's website or business name so the receptionist answers as them.
The free week
If, after the demo, we agree to run the receptionist for your business, the first seven days are free. What that includes and what happens after are set out when we set it up, and are not part of these terms.
Our responsibility
We provide the demo as it is, and we do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will be available at any particular time or that it will answer correctly. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on what the demo said. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited by agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and of Canada. If you are a consumer in Quebec, nothing in these terms takes away protections you have under Quebec law.
